Permanent release rule: every future dashboard update must revise all four guides to the same release number, verify every screenshot against its surrounding instructions, and publish that exact set in the signed-in operator dashboard before the release can pass Event Health.

Automatic Cutover Readiness

Update 57.01.00 checks the real QRZ, email, Spotting, trusted-browser, test-data, database, WSJT-X pairing and location enrichment, bridge packages, image deployment, and current four-guide state. Resolve every red failure; a yellow location item can be repaired with Repair QSO Countries & States.

Bulk Import Authorized Operators

Add up to 500 operators from a CSV file or by pasting rows from Excel or Google Sheets. Nothing is added until you preview the list and select Authorize All Ready Operators.

Import an authorized operator’s logger file when they cannot upload it themselves. Choose the operator who made the contacts; accepted official QSOs are permanently credited to that operator in the dashboard and QRZ upload.

Post-Event Contact Privacy

Available only after the event ends. This permanently removes operator first names, last names, and phone numbers while retaining callsigns, scheduled times, bands, and modes.
